Due to our quick turnaround, all orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Please note a $100 minimum is required for orders paid by check. All checks must clear before orders are printed & processed.

Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida reserves the right to reject any projects that it deems illicit or is known to be illegal. Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida will not be liable for any damages that result from unwitting violation of copyright laws or the illegal use of trade names and/or slogans. All clients guarantee the legal title of all matter submitted to Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida for printing and/or publication.

Orders may be canceled by 5pm Eastern Time on the same business day the order is placed. All canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and all other related obligations at the time of cancellation. A minimum charge of $40 or 15% of total order (whichever is greater) is applied to jobs canceled before 5pm Eastern Time. A minimum charge of $80 or 25% of total order (whichever is greater) is applied to jobs canceled before 6pm Eastern Time. No credits will be given for orders canceled after 6pm Eastern Time of the same business day in which the order was placed. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Once an order is placed for production, there are no refunds. If an order is cancelled in the appropriate manner during the allotted cancellation period (Section 4). Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida will issue a credit for future orders for whatever amount (if any) is owed to the client. In no case shall Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida issue a refund or offer anything other than a credit against future orders.

Quotes & Estimates are based on the accuracy of the project specifications provided by the client. Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida can requote a job at the time of submission if the project does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based.

Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida liability shall be limited to the written selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no occurrence include special circumstances that are, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida warrants that every product it manufactures meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS CLEARLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN PLACE OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR EXACT AND SALABLE USE. Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida makes no other warranty and no actions or verbal statements of Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida or its officers, employees or agents shall represent a warranty.

The customer insures that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida. In the event that, printed materials ordered by the customer whom has violated any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person or entity. The customer agrees that if any charge, claim, demand, arbitration, action or proceeding is made or commenced against Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida. The customer shall indemnify and hold Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida harmless from and against any/all loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the claim including without limitation all legal fees that Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida may incur in responding.

It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original artwork, data and transparencies. Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to any media supplied by the customer or for errors on supplied artwork or data furnished by the customer. Until Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida can assess the media supplied by the customer, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with the projects submitted and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize customer-supplied files are subjected to additional charges.

All customer alterations/ corrections must be submitted in writing and must include all corrections and/or changes from the original specifications. Additional charges may apply.

Due to the differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a slight variation in color may occur. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.

Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 10%.

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages (+10%) must be made by the customer in writing within 48 Hours after delivery. If no such claim is made, Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida and the customer will concur that the job has been accepted. Upon acceptance of the job, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Under no circumstances will postage be credited or refunded. Customer acknowledges that once your job leaves our facility and is delivered to the Post Office. Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida is in no way responsible for the delivery of your mail. Any claims for failure of mail to reach its intended destination, tardiness of mail delivery, etc. shall not be considered and no compensation of any type will be offered.

Customer understands and agrees that if they should attempt to reverse a credit card charge (chargeback) and are unsuccessful (defined as losing the chargeback dispute) that Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida shall be entitled to recover costs associated with the chargeback such as accounting and legal time. Customer agrees to pay either 50% of the cost of their order or $250.00- whichever is greater. Customer expressly authorizes Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida to charge their credit card for the appropriate fees upon notification from either Visa, Mastercard or American Express that the dispute has been decided in favor of Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida and agrees to waive any protest to said charge.

Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.

Any information Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Your credit card information is not stored by Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida.

Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida reserves the right to use your project for samples or advertising purposes.

Hill Mailing & Printing of Florida reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately.
